So your introduction is not only the physical introduction that you gave to someone telling name and address, Babaji says your introduction is your 5 bodies i.e physical body ( Ann-may-kosha ), Etheric Body ( Pran-may-kosha ), Mental Body ( Mano-may-kosha ), Astral Body ( Gyaan-may-kosha ) and Causal Body ( Anand-may kosha ).

The inner yoga is now available to learn easily, whereas outer yoga that we do is exercise and breathings ( pranayamas ).
Inner yoga contains - Mantra, tantra, kundalini, dhyana and this inner yoga is know as Shivyog. That shivyog have the knowledge of Mantra, Tantra, dhyana, kundalini, vedas, Upanishads and much more...
Babaji explain what is shivyog -
Shiv means the infinity or the Supreme & Yog means to connect, together it means the journey to connect with the supreme or the infinite Or Merging with Infinite/shiv-shiva.
Babaji says, when you merge yourself with infinite than we unfold the infinite within us, so now it is emerging with infinite. He says it is the secret knowledge that you are getting easily it is kept secret by the great saints or monks and they provide it to only the deserving student. So we are very thankful to Babaji that they teach us the yoga kriya, meditation , shree vidya sadhana and much more... Thank You Babaji..
